We ship worldwide using EMS (Express Mail Service), a trusted international courier. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs procedures:

- We do not alter the declared value or mark items as gifts to avoid customs fees.

- If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we may deduct any incurred return shipping costs before issuing a refund.
4.2 Restricted Items
- Our Korean teas comply with international food safety regulations, but some ingredients may be restricted in certain countries.
- Bamboo utensils may require additional customs clearance in some regions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check local import regulations before purchasing.
5. Returns & Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including:
- Tea products (loose-leaf, teabags, herbal infusions)
- Tea utensils & accessories (bamboo whisks, tea strainers, ceramic cups, teapots, and other food-contact items)
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may not be able to assist if the original packaging is significantly damaged, as this compromises product integrity and hygiene.
We reserve the right to request photo evidence before processing a replacement or refund.
6. Liability & Product Use
We are not liable for:
- Delays or issues caused by third-party couriers.
- Loss or damage due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Any health-related reactions to ingredients—please consult a healthcare professional before consuming herbal teas if you have allergies or medical conditions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. In case of disputes, we encourage amicable resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Seoul, South Korea.
